About Sakred Circles

At Sakred Circles, we honour the divine feminine spirit, inviting women to explore self-love, healing, empowerment, and connection. Each year, our festival brings together hundreds of women in a magical setting filled with workshops, performances, ceremonies, and community gatherings. Presenters like you make this event truly special, guiding participants through practices that deepen their self-awareness, nurture their spirit, and celebrate the wisdom within.

Our Spaces for Presentation

Presenters at Sakred Circles have the opportunity to lead sessions in a variety of beautiful, thoughtfully designed settings that each add a unique atmosphere to your workshop:

    •    Log Lodge:

A cozy, rustic space that offers warmth and intimacy, perfect for grounded, heart-centered sessions like storytelling, meditation, and reflective workshops.
   •    Outdoor Tents:

Situated in nature, these tents are ideal for movement-based practices, larger gatherings, and any session that thrives in the fresh open air.
   •    Beach:

For sessions that flow with the rhythms of water, our lakeside beach setting offers a serene backdrop, inviting a deep connection to nature, peace, and renewal.
   •    Large Open Field:

Perfect for expansive movement and creativity, the open field provides freedom to stretch, dance, and connect with the vastness of nature under the open sky.
   •    Forest Clearings:

Tucked away in tranquil clearings, these spaces are ideal for quiet, reflective practices that call on the wisdom and grounding energy of the trees.
   •    Village Marketplace:

For presenters who wish to connect in the heart of the festival’s vibrant atmosphere, the marketplace setting invites an engaging and interactive experience among our community.

Each of these settings is crafted to enhance the experience of your workshop, allowing presenters and participants alike to feel connected to each other, to nature, and to the sacredness of the moment. Areas of Focus

We’re seeking presenters who bring their heart, authenticity, and a dedication to women’s growth. While Sakred Circles welcomes diverse expertise, we especially value workshops that align with these core themes and topics:

    •  Feminine Awareness:

Sessions exploring body wisdom and understanding of menstrual cycles, hormonal health, and self-care practices. Topics may include menstrual cycle awareness, body literacy, womb wellness, and open, supportive conversations on topics essential to feminine health.

     • Healing & Wellness:

Yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, herbalism, bodywork, and any practices that support holistic well-being and transformation.

Metaphysical Practices:

Explore deeper dimensions through Reiki, hypnosis, energy healing, chakra alignment, crystal therapy, and other metaphysical practices that offer pathways to transformation, insight, and spiritual growth.
   •    Creativity & Expression:

Art therapy, dance, storytelling, poetry, music, drumming, and other forms that allow women to express themselves and explore creativity.
   •    Empowerment & Personal Growth:

Self-discovery, confidence-building, leadership, shadow work, resilience, and emotional intelligence, helping women connect to their strengths and purpose.
   •    Spirituality & Ritual:

Sacred ceremonies, intuitive practices, connecting to nature, ritual creation, spirituality, and inner wisdom to support deep connection and insight.

Presenter Role & Responsibilities

As a presenter, you will hold space for a diverse group of women, offering them a safe, open environment where they can connect with their inner wisdom and experience meaningful growth. Here’s what you can expect as a part of our festival:

​

    •    Session Length: Most sessions are scheduled for 1–2 hours, depending on the needs and structure of your workshop. We encourage you to choose a time frame that best suits your work.
   •    Space Requirements: During your application, please let us know any specific needs for your session (props, seating, AV equipment, etc.), and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
   •    Commitment to the Community: At Sakred Circles, we believe in creating an inclusive, welcoming environment. We ask our presenters to support and respect every participant’s journey, contributing to a community where each woman feels honored and seen.

 

Presenting at Sakred Circles is more than sharing your gifts—it’s about connecting deeply with a community of women who appreciate, honour, and celebrate your work. You’ll have the chance to meet other presenters, connect with attendees who value your insights, and be part of a circle that holds space for one another’s journeys.    2.    Review & Selection: Our team will review each application carefully. We strive to create a diverse lineup that reflects a wide range of perspectives, experiences, and expertise.
   3.    Confirmation: Selected presenters will receive a confirmation email with further details, including your assigned space, time slot, and any final arrangements needed to bring your vision to life.
