Our volunteers are the heart of the festival, helping to create a magical, seamless experience for everyone who attends. Volunteer Requirements & Responsibilities

As a volunteer, you’ll help create a seamless, uplifting experience for all attendees. Here’s what we ask of you:

 •    Commitment: Volunteers work a total of 8 hours over the weekend, typically in two 4-hour shifts. Shifts may include supporting our gates, assisting at the marketplace, helping with setup and teardown, or managing festival stations like tents, campgrounds, and wellness areas.
   •    Deposit: A $150 deposit is required to secure your volunteer position. This deposit will be fully reimbursed to you after your volunteer shifts are completed.
   •    Engagement & Teamwork: Volunteers are asked to engage with attendees and fellow volunteers with kindness, respect, and enthusiasm. By being present, helpful, and supportive, you’ll play a key role in creating the beautiful, connected atmosphere we strive for at Sakred Circles.
